The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or substantial industry experience, proficiency in engineering software like SolidWorks PCB and Eagle PCB, and a strong background in lighting controls and fundamentals. You’ll need to be adept in structured text, C, C++, and JavaScript programming, PLC programming to IEC standards, and have familiarity with LED technology, power supply, heat sink thermodynamics, optics, and components. Experience with DALI controls, BLE MESH, Wi-Fi systems, and low voltage development is essential, along with proficiency in Modbus, BACnet protocols, IoT solutions, and project management skills.
