We are seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves research and development of electro-mechanical microprocessor-based products tailored for the Critical Environment Airflow Control Industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products from initial concept through to full-scale manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Development: Lead the R&D efforts for new electro-mechanical microprocessor-based products, focusing on critical environment airflow control technologies.
- Product Development: Develop new products from the initial design concept through to full manufacturing release, ensuring they meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Design & Specifications: Create and develop detailed design plans and specifications, ensuring all aspects of the product are thoroughly documented and communicated.
- Prototyping & Testing: Oversee the prototyping, testing, and validation phases of product development to ensure functionality, reliability, and safety.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing personnel, to ensure seamless integration of all product components.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all products comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, and proactively suggest improvements to existing products and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on microprocessor-based product development.
- Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and microprocessor technology.
- Experience in the Critical Environment Airflow Control Industry is highly desirable.
- Proficient in design and simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Altium Designer).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
