Senior Electrical Engineer
Join our team to lead the design and development of control solutions for cutting-edge robotics and electromechanical systems.
Key Information:
- Owned complete process from design specifications to board assembly/PCB design, prototyping, and vendor collaboration.
- Proficient in EDA software programs such as PADs and Altium.
- Experienced with analog and digital systems, including mixed-signal components like ADCs and DACs.
- Skilled in programming hardware, including FPGAs, CPLDs, and microcontrollers.
- Expertise in stepper and servo motor control, as well as digital communication interfaces such as RS232, RS485, I2C, SPI, and USB.
- Capable of programming software for hardware control.
- Proficient in using electrical lab equipment and circuit simulation software.
- Supported prototypes and new product introduction, as well as production.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with component soldering skills.
- Has experience with regulatory compliance.
Quick List of Recruiting Must-Haves:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of industrial experience, preferably in Design Engineer or Senior EE roles.
- Design Engineer positions, Sr. EE would be a plus.
- Must have worked on board/PCB design, troubleshooting, documentation.
- Must have demonstrated hands-on hardware/lab equipment/soldering experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complete circuit development process, from specifications to documentation.
- Design complex circuits for robotics applications, including motor control and digital communication interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design, integration, and testing.
- Oversee PCB design, prototyping, and vendor management.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Requirements:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of industrial experience, preferably in Design Engineer or Senior EE roles.
- Expertise in EDA software (OrCAD, PADS, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital systems, mixed-signal, and motor control.
- Proficient in hardware and software programming.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with electrical lab equipment and soldering.
- Regulatory compliance experience is a plus.
