Responsibilities:

• Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and proposals to determine labor, material, and equipment requirements.
• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical projects.
• Research and source materials and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids within established deadlines.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure project success.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and cost fluctuations.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as an electrical estimator.
• Proficiency in estimating software and construction documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
