Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Estimator position include:

• Minimum of 3+ years of electrical estimating experience, with hospital or clinic projects as a plus.
• Proficiency in McCormick estimating software, familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, and Excel.
• Ability to analyze project plans and specifications to create comprehensive cost estimates.
• Experience with project bids ranging from $100K to over $1 million.
• Background in hospital remodels and specialized rooms preferred.
• Effective organization for handling quick-turnaround and emergency bids.
• Office-based work balanced with some on-site job visits
• Participation in collaborative decision-making for go/no-go project assessments.

Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonuses!
