About the role
We are looking to add an Electrical Field Engineer to our growing Engineering Department. As an Electrical Field Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment. Key responsibilities include conducting system tests, providing technical support, managing projects, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, field experience, and proficiency in relevant tools and software. This role is vital to our Bitcoin Operation, requiring adaptability and a thorough understanding of electrical systems. This on-site position is based in our Rockdale, TX office.
Essential Functions
- Oversee installation and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Perform system testing and analysis to ensure functionality and safety.
- Provide technical support and consultation to team members.
- Manage electrical projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including reports on project progress, incidents, and maintenance activities.
- Engage with Construction, Contractors, and Operations to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all operations.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- Physical fitness for working in various environments and conditions.
