The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the completion of electrical installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, while fostering a positive team environment. - Fully understand project costs and budget, ensuring all projects are delivered under budget and on schedule.
- Use Procore to complete detailed daily reports and maintain two-week look-ahead schedules for manpower, materials, and project milestones.
- Develop and implement strategies that ensure compliance with both project requirements and company policies.
- Lead, motivate, and hold your team accountable, fostering a positive work environment and solving issues on-site.
- Recruit and develop team members, mentoring at least one team member per year into a leadership role.
- Ensure your jobsite is safety incident-free, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with trade partners, general contractors, owners, and your team to ensure smooth project progression.
- Stay proactive by ensuring all necessary tools, materials, and manpower are available to meet project milestones and schedules.
- Uphold a safe work environment by strictly following company and OSHA safety guidelines; promptly report any violations to immediate supervisor
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to or surpasses current NEC and local jurisdiction requirements
- Install electrical wiring and systems for commercial and multifamily projects, which includes pipe bending, wire pulling, and conduit running
- Strong understanding of the NEC Code book, blueprints, specifications, and local AHJ codes.
- Proven ability to develop and execute project plans, utilizing critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Leadership abilities to motivate and manage teams while maintaining a positive attitude, even under pressure.
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to challenges and follow through on commitments.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of electrical experience in a foreman or electrician role (Required)
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
