Selectek is partnering with a company located near Dothan, Alabama to fill an Electrical and Instrumentation Designer role on a contract-to-perm basis. This client operates in the heavy industrial space, with most of their projects focused in the pulp and paper industry.
Employment Type: Contract to Permanent
Expected Pay Range: $40-$50 per hour depending on experience, prior to conversion
Location: Dothan, AL
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in electrical process and instrumentation diagramming
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Designing loop sheets, wiring diagrams, flow meters
In addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the clients request. Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.
Job Details: Candidate will be working on creating wiring diagrams and instrumentation systems for industrial projects. This person will be providing construction and checkout/startup support, as well as troubleshooting any issues within systems. Candidates will also need to produce instrument data sheets and indexes.
