Role Overview: We seek an experienced Foreman / Journeyman to provide leadership, construction knowledge, team chemistry and safety on all projects
Experience:
- Minimum: 5-7 years in a foreman, 3-5 years in a Journeyman, construction role
- Preferred: 7-10 years for a Foreman

Location:
- The position must be based in Kansas City
- Travel Foreman no preference in where they live
- No relocation assistance will be provided.

The mission is to ensure safe and compliant electrical installations, maintenance and repairs while upholding company and industry standards and regulations.

1 "Set and achieve daily goals with the team, ensuring 100% compliance with NEC standards, and maintain clear communication with the foreman to align efforts and expectations."
2 "Ensure proper allocation and management of manpower and resources, achieving 95% efficiency in meeting project demands."
3 "Provide daily feedback to the foreman, ensure 100% utilization of Procore for project management, and align weekly on the two-week look ahead to ensure effective planning."
4 "Achieve a 95% accuracy rate in understanding and managing manhours for specific tasks, ensuring efficient use of manpower and resources."
5 "Develop at least one apprentice into a leadership role annually and recruit a minimum of two journeymen to the team each year."
