Veracity Electric is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Journeyman with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team in Kansas City, MO. This role will focus on commercial projects, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. The ideal candidate will work closely with the foreman to achieve project goals while upholding company and industry standards.

• Set and achieve daily team goals, ensuring 100% compliance with NEC standards.
• Communicate clearly with the foreman to align efforts and expectations.
• Properly allocate manpower and resources, aiming for 95% efficiency in meeting project demands.
• Provide daily feedback to the foreman and ensure full utilization of Procore for project management.
• Plan weekly with the foreman using the two-week look-ahead for effective project planning.
• Achieve a 95% accuracy rate in managing manhours and resources efficiently.
• Mentor and develop at least one apprentice into a leadership role annually, while recruiting two new journeymen each year.
• Work efficiently within a time-sensitive and demanding environment to meet deadlines.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician or foreman.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes, ensuring compliance without shortcuts.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job-specific specifications, and building plans.
• In-depth understanding of commercial and residential electrical systems.
• Proven ability to manage difficult customer situations with professionalism.
• Experience with technology, including project management tools and daily inspections.
• Proficiency in handling change orders and understanding installation manuals.
• Strong skills in planning, execution, and training team members.
• Valid driver's license and appropriate certifications (Electrical License preferred).
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test.
