Electrical Maintenance Technician - Latitude Inc

Duties

• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on electronic and mechanical equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance
• Utilize low voltage testing equipment and hand tools to diagnose issues
• Repair or replace faulty components or parts
• Follow schematics and technical manuals to complete repairs
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex issues
• Repair and adjust, using hand tools, conveyor systems.
• Repair and maintain electrical, mechanical and hydraulic components of production machines and equipment following blueprints and specifications.
• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment and pneumatic tools.
• Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts, using hoist, cranes, hand tools and power tools.
• Lubricate and clean parts.
• Align machines and equipment and assemble machines. Bolt, weld, rivet and otherwise fasten them to foundation or other structures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an industrial electrical maintenance position is required.
• Ability to read blue prints and schematics.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Need to have PLC experience with Allen Bradley.
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, or motordrives.
