Electrical Maintenance Technician at Aegis Worldwide

DIRECT HIRE

LOCATION: Fort Wayne, IN

PAY: $30 - $32/hour + 5% shift differential (based on hourly wage) + $1 attendance bonus + gain sharing program (up to 5% of quarterly earning will be paid as a bonus)

SHIFT : 2nd shift, M-F, 3pm-11pm

OVERTIME : 1.5x hourly rate for any hours worked over 40 per week

PTO: 2 weeks of PTO + 9 paid company holidays

Qualifications:

• A 2-year technical degree in Electrical or Mechanical
• A minimum of 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC, Best Practices
• Knowledge of PM’s, Predictive and Pro-Active Maintenance
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to perform basic math skills
• Ability to operate material handling equipment
• Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, etc., as the job may require
• Experience working effectively with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferred
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables and implement solutions to correct
