Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate project execution.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in electrical projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
