Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.
- Coordinate with team members and other professionals to design and implement electrical systems.
- Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and driving growth.
- Manage project resources efficiently and effectively.
- Resolve project issues and conflicts, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience with fit-outs and infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction management principles.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of identifying and securing new opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve project issues effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high quality standards.
- Willingness to travel for on-site work as needed.
