Your New Role
As an Electrical Sales Representative at Dawson’s Electric, you’re not just selling services—you’re providing solutions and peace of mind to homeowners. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Selling Expertise: You’ll price and sell top-tier residential electrical services, from whole-home rewires to panel replacements, making sure customers understand every step of the process.
- Consultative Approach: Listen to customer needs, diagnose older wiring issues, and give clear, actionable recommendations that bring safety and reliability to their homes.
- KPI Mastery: Own the numbers. You’ll track key performance indicators (KPIs) and push for higher service truck productivity and stronger sales results.
- Collaboration is Key: Work hand-in-hand with our stellar installation team to ensure that your sales turn into projects done right.
- Customer-Focused Excellence: You’ll build strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing them with transparent, reliable service.

- Proven experience in residential electrical sales, with a deep understanding of pricing, service work, and customer needs.
- Familiarity with older home wiring systems and the ability to perform diagnostics and recommend replacements.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and a track record of producing high-average ticket sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
