Field Market Development Manager - Electrical Services - Mid-State Industrial Maintenance

Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Electrical Service Field Market Development Manager (Florida) who is responsible for the ongoing development of new and existing commercial, industrial & utility electrical service accounts. The Electrical Service Field Market Development Manager is expected to develop an intimate knowledge of the client's facility and provide technical solutions to enhance their business efficiency and to ensure a safe operating electrical system.

As a Field Market Development Manager, you will be both solely responsible for and well rewarded for the ongoing success of the company through one of the most exciting, influential and rewarding positions!

You will be involved in the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy that ensures alignment of Customer and Prospect needs with the tremendous capabilities of the Midstate Industrial Maintenance family of companies.

In addition to profitable revenue growth with core accounts, additional measurements of success include the expansion of our vertical market segment client base as well as the extension of company reach into new geographies.

The chosen Electrical Services {FMD} candidate will be a member of an elite team that supports the execution of the Market Development Manager's {MDM}strategy and multi-year business plan. Essential Characteristics and Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.

• Unearth recent sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
• Proactively conduct routine audits and make recommendations as needed.
• Provide timely detailed estimates for work needed by clients.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding work performed on-site.
• Assist in scheduling subcontractors needed on each project site to meet schedules and milestones for each scope of work.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure timely deliveries are made to each project site as needed.
• Implement and maintain a company standard throughout all projects for installation methods.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships at multiple levels within a customer organization.

• Ability to grow one or more levels into the Mid-State Industrial Organization

Essential Duties

• Prepare sales presentations or proposals to explain service specifications.
• Consistently and accurately provide sales and other reports as required.
• Attend sales or trade meetings as required to gain information and contacts.
• Consult with clients to resolve any post-sale issues.
• This position requires travel to various client worksites within the United States.
• Overnight travel may be required at times.

Skills & Qualifications Electrical field experience is required.

• Experience or education preparing take-offs and estimates electronically.
• Must be able to interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to travel to various job sites as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred -or- +5 years of industry experiences in lieu of degree.
• Prior Sales or Marketing experience in Industrial Maintenance.
• Experience in Power Gen - Pulp & Paper Industries
• Exceptional work ethic and drive to succeed.
• Execution and results mindset
• General knowledge of heavy industrial markets is preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills required in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, exciting, and demanding environment.
