CoolToday is currently seeking an EXPERIENCED Trade Electrical Service Manager to join our team!! We need a SELF STARTER, who will help us EXPAND our ELECTRICAL SERVICES! What Will I Do?

• Integrate sales strategies across other departments to drive profitable results. 
• Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Understand sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
• Monitor performance of field technicians and advise them on how to improve.
• Manage team schedule to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.
• Make sure incentive programs are equitable and properly documented.
• Review and approve invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets.
• Serve as a technical back-up for field technicians when necessary.

Do I have What it Takes?

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• An in-depth knowledge of Electrical systems
• Extensive knowledge in local codes and industry standards
• Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced
• Ability to build business in the private sector, as well as the public sector
• Background with RFIs, cost estimates (plan/spec and design/build), negotiating, material take-offs, and reading blue prints required
• Ability to layout branch circuiting; to read and understand contract documents, drawings and specifications
• Have an understanding of general electrical design and engineering concepts and have an overall general knowledge of electrical material costs
• Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
• Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines
