Collins Comfort Masters is currently seeking an Electrical Service Manager to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Electrical Service Managers are tasked with managing daily field operations, employee training, retention, recruiting, safety, vendor meeting and ensuring the technicians are providing outstanding service to our customers.
All About Family Home Services, LLC is the recent merger of Collins Comfort Masters and All About Water. Collectively, we've been providing the Valley with reliable Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, Indoor Air Quality, and Water Filtration Services since 1974.

What Will I Do?
- Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employment growth
- Drive the Electrical department sales through training and development of the field technicians
- Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting
- Coach electricians on how to increase average ticket, closing rate and monthly truck revenue
- Provide a constant flow of product and sales training
- Promote lead generation
- Monitor and control call backs and warranties
- Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction
Do I have What it Takes?
- Electrical license preferred or ability to become a qualifying party
- Valid Arizona Driver's License (clean driving record)
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- 5+ years of residential electrical experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- Neat, clean appearance
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- An in-depth knowledge of Electrical systems
- Extensive knowledge in local codes and industry standards
- Be able to troubleshoot complex electrical issues to provide technical support to the team
- Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced
- Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
- Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines
