About the Job
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Helps manage the adherence and enforcement of AIREKO Energy Group safety protocol.
- Take responsibility for onsite hazard awareness with the project Superintendent.
- Electrical Site Foreman reports to the designated project Superintendent.
- The Electrical Site Foreman assigns duties based on workers qualifications and knowledge of their skill set monitoring the progress of a project and keeping it on track from a safety, time, and budgetary standpoint.
- Implement and follow company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate electrical installation with other trades and general contractor/owner representative.
- Maintain relentless dedication in building strong, positive relationships with our customers.
- Supervising when the superintendent is absent.
- Responsible for PTP and movement of employees to projects.
- Responsible for planning daily employee tasks.
- Maintaining daily communication or daily meetings with your supervisor.
- Performs daily planning and tracking of inventory materials for project execution.
- Manage, maintain, and approve all weekly forms and documentation to include but not limited to payroll, logs, T&M tickets, reports, material requests, and schedules.
- Manage the given site field team of electricians, leads, and subcontractors.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ field experience in a leadership position.
- Excellent knowledge of construction operations, electrical projects and equipment.
- Experience and knowledge of electrical systems and familiarity with blueprints.
- Experience with solar installations and or wastewater treatment plants electrical installation is a plus.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to multi-task. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good math skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Any additional relevant certification will be considered an advantage.
- Able and willing to travel.
