Position Overview:
The Sr. Electrical Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency by overseeing both planned and unplanned electrical maintenance and certain capital projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and configure PLC systems, including Allen Bradley PLC-5 and Control Logix PLCs, along with HMIs such as Wonderware.
- Utilize the JDE CMMS system to plan and manage maintenance activities, including work orders, parts ordering, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with corporate engineers on capital projects and participate in weekly planning meetings for short and long-term maintenance tasks.
- Supervise, train, and develop a team of 2-3 plant electricians, fostering a cooperative working environment across union and salaried supervisors.
- Conduct inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on plant equipment, including pumps, conveyors, relay logic, and power distribution systems.
- Provide disciplined scheduling and prioritization of maintenance tasks, ensuring detailed documentation for CMMS records.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of practical electrical experience in an industrial environment.
- Proficient in using CMMS for work orders, part look-ups, and requisitions.
Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC-5, Control Logix PLCs, Ethernet IP fiber optic and UTP networks, and DeviceNet networks.
Skilled in power distribution, including 120/240/480-volt, 4160-volt, and 34.5kv systems.
Ability to program and troubleshoot PLC systems and work with HMIs, particularly Wonderware. - Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent industrial experience.
Demonstrated cooperative spirit with union and salaried supervisors, with strong labor relations experience.Effective problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to troubleshooting and maintenance prioritization.
