Your New Role
As a Commercial Electrician, you’ll:
- Install electrical systems, components, and fixtures for new construction or renovation projects, adhering to electrical codes and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company on job sites and interacting with clients.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Coordinate with other tradespeople, contractors, and project managers for smooth project execution.
- Perform electrical installations, including wiring, conduits, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures according to specifications.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and diagrams to determine the layout and specifications of electrical systems.

This Job Isn’t For You If:
- You don’t have a valid Texas Electrical License.
- You don’t have reliable transportation to job sites.
- You have less than 4 years of apprentice electrician experience.
- You can’t install electrical systems from the ground up, tenant finishes, or light industrial projects.
- Running all types of conduit systems (PVC, EMT, Rigid) sounds like a foreign language to you.
- You struggle with reading blueprints.
- You can’t pass a background check or drug test upon hire.
- You’re not authorized to work in the U.S.
