Electrician Install Lead - Haller Enterprises

About the Role:

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is experienced with installing residential electrical equipment, fixtures, wiring, and remodeling loves providing outstanding customer service while focusing on doing quality work, and is passionate about growing and learning as an Electrician and living out our core values, like Excellence, Teamwork, and Safety. • Electrical Installation: Proficiently install and replace residential electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures, delivering top-notch results.

• Mentorship: Pass on the knowledge acquired throughout your career by guiding and mentoring Electrical Apprentices who are new to the trade.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of residential electrical installation/remodeling field experience. (Required)
• An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
• Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record so we can provide a company vehicle for you to drive each day and take home each evening.
• A Journeyman's or Master's Cert is a plus!
• Knowledge of residential electrical codes.
• A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.
• Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.
• Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email to communicate with any member of our customer's organization.
