Electrician at Adecco USA

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Peterborough, NH, to find a skilled Electrician to join their team. This is a full-time position with competitive pay!

Position Details:

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Role Overview: As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical power, communications, lighting, and control systems throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:

• Hold at least a New Hampshire Journeyman Electrician license, with potential for advancement to Master Electrician.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Define feed requirements and solutions for new equipment installations.
• Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components, including transformers and circuit breakers.
• Utilize various testing devices, such as thermal imaging, to identify electrical issues.
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand and power tools.
• Adhere to state and local building regulations, including the National Electric Code and OSHA standards.
• Work safely from ladders and scissor lifts as needed.
• Perform physical tasks, including bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, and climbing for extended periods.
• Isolate and resolve issues in complex electrical systems.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong math skills.
• Experience reading electrical blueprints.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• High proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with complex electrical grids.

Experience and Education:

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience, providing extensive knowledge of electrical systems, infrastructures, and processes (e.g., electrical service, telecommunications, HVAC, manufacturing systems).
• Formal electrician licensing with comprehensive knowledge of safety and code requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
