Salary Range: $30.00 - $34.00/HR ( 4 weeks PTO first year / 5 weeks PTO starting year 2 ) + paid travel time Permanent Position with Benefits
A rapidly expanding original equipment manufacturer located in the Streetsboro area is seeking a Field Service Technician for their growing assembly and service site.
This position requires well developed, hands-on electrical/electronic troubleshooting experience as well as general mechanical skills.
Duties will include equipment assembly, installation, start-up, service, and technical support as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.

REQUIREMENTS
- Associate degree or technical school certificate
- Experience with Service/Maintenance, Commissioning, and Customer Support
- Ability to read and interpret electrical/electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic / pneumatic drawings
- Hands-on experience with wiring from schematics
- Demonstrated electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills / PLC loading and troubleshooting
- Out-going personality, professional demeanor, and well-developed communication skills
- Physically capable to work in a shop environment (stand, kneel, climb, etc.)
- 50 - 75% national and international travel
- Proven experience of support & servicing of OEM equipment.
- Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC 17 th Edition equivalent.
- Full, clean driving license
- Passport required
