Electro-Mechanical QC/QA Inspector - Capitol City Components

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.
• Identify and report any non-conformities or defects, and work with the production team to implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Perform regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and reliability.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in quality assurance or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with quality inspection tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.

Salary info:

$24 - $30 / hr
