Brief Description:
Come build a career at Captor Corporation. Assemble military and aerospace electronics in a friendly and temperature controlled environment. This position is responsible for the successful assembly of Captor’s products as defined by Captor’s build documentation, process specifications, and training (both classroom and on-the-job).
Job Description:
• Work with your hands to solder and assemble electronics and hardware
• Verify dimensions of parts to technical drawings using tools such as calipers and height gauges
• Accurately assemble materials with quality and on-time
• Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, specifications, work orders, or instructions
• Adhere to all product and process documentation
• Read and interpret electrical schematics
• Ensures proper safety and housekeeping standards
• Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits
• Work with Quality team to resolve issues in a timely fashion
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High School education or equivalent experience
• Good hand/eye coordination; able to work with small parts and assemblies
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, technical drawings, and procedure manuals
• Computer literacy
• Flexible to changing work assignments
• Communicates effectively with management and team members.
Level 2
• 3-6 years of experience
• Able to perform intermediate level, non-repetitive tasks
• Able to read and interpret product technical drawings
• Able to analyze problems and recommend solutions
• Works under minimum supervision

7:00am - 3:30pm
Salary Range:
Starting at $19.00 an hour
