Job Title:
Electronic Design Test Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing test concepts and proposals that exhibit a high degree of creativity, functional
simplicity and overall design excellence.
- Develop test plans and requirements matrix.
- Designing cost-effective test fixtures and equipment, and defining specifications and
procedures for testing new products which exceed customer expectations.
- Assemble, bring-up, and debug new electronic designs for test equipment.
- Documenting Test Procedures.
- Perform Verification and Validation activities, to include Gage RandR reports.
- Transition test solutions from a development to a sustaining production environment.
- Technically communicate well with internal and external customers and vendors.
Education and Experience
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree from an accredited College in Electrical Engineering, or
other engineering discipline with a mechatronics concentration.
Minimum 10 years of functional test hardware development experience is required.
Strong proficiency in Schematic analysis and ECAD software (Altium PCB Layout Design
experience desired).
Due to our Government contracts, the candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
Proficient with standard electronic test and measurement equipment.
