We are seeking qualified Electronic Medical Claims Validation & Quality Control professionals to join our Production Team onsite. These team members will be responsible for conducting quality control checks on scanned documents to ensure all documents are prepared according to job and client specifications.
*This job is full-time, permanent, fully benefited opportunity and will include training and a generous Total Rewards package.*

- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00pm – 12:30am

Responsibilities:Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks on electronic medical claims.
- Ensure medical claims are validated for all patient information and data points
- Follow instructions and communicate with supervisor or trainer when appropriate to ensure customer expectations are met
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client information per client guidelines
- Ability to perform high levels of repetitive motion on a daily basis
- Resolve problems promptly, accurately, and in such a way as to prevent future problems
- Adheres to quality assurance standards and processes to ensure the highest quality product
- Ability to meet attendance and punctuality requirements
- Ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Qualifications
- 1-2 years medical record experience preferred
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Strong attention to detail
