Electronic Test Technician at Manpower

Our client is seeking a Test Technician to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting the testing of electronic components for military weaponry. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and an electronics degree or equivalent military training.

Job Title: Test Technician

Location: Lititz, PA

Pay Range: $21.75 per hour

What's the Job?

• Test various products using standard test equipment.
• Record and save test data.
• Perform basic level troubleshooting.
• Document test failures for rework under direct supervision.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems.

What's Needed?

• Electronics degree or equivalent military training.
• Ability to read and work from technical documents, schematics, drawings, and datasheets.
• Knowledgeable in electronics and computer equipment, testing, and processing.
• Be able to obtain a security clearance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
