About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Manager to join our Wells Fargo Securities “Markets” COO Group that will support the Electronic Trading and Product Management organization. The individual will collaborate with the Markets Lines of Business as well as other key stakeholder groups (i.e. Business Control, Technology, Finance, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Internal audit, and Legal). The role will have a focus on collaboration, strategy, and implementation of the Markets Trade Execution and Connections Business Framework.
This role requires a collaborative individual capable of initiating action and managing change in a fast-paced environment as well as strong relationship management, influencing, vision and execution skills. The role requires a sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement. They will also have a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong credible relationships with key stakeholder groups.
In this role, you will:
+ Support the development of the strategic vision for the Markets Trade Execution and Connections Business Framework.
+ Ensure effective implementation of the Markets Trade Execution and Connections Business Framework across all Markets Lines of Business.
+ Drive cross-Markets Line of Business awareness and collaboration related to business impacts associated with the Markets Trade Execution and Connections Business Framework strategy, execution, and remediation activities.
+ Support the business with new venue and trade execution platform intake and risk assessments.
+ Liaise with the line of business and product teams to ensure onboarding timelines are in line with business expectations.
+ Assist in establishing a risk assessment framework to facilitate impact analysis across businesses when a request for venues, trades, orders and quotes are onboarded or offboarded.
+ Close partnership with Product to ensure proper onboarding and offboarding of venues and trade execution platforms.
+ Ensure Markets Trade Execution and Connections Business Framework management reporting is documented at the appropriate level of detail and distributed at the appropriate frequency.
+ Ensure timely escalation of issues related to Markets Trade Execution and Connections Business Framework execution and/or remediation activities.
+ Ensure Markets Connections and Trade Execution Business Framework controls cover associated RAU risks, are documented in line with guidelines and standards, and operate effectively.
+ Assist in execution of all Audits and Regulatory inquiries related to Markets Trade Execution and Connections Business Framework.
+ Work closely with cross-asset vendors overseeing relationships, service levels, and on-going contract negotiations.
Required Qualifications, US:
+ 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ 5+ years Electronic Trading and Capital Markets
+ In-depth knowledge of Program Management and / or Governance related operating models and implementation strategies.
+ Securities industry experience, including FINRA certifications or knowledge.
+ Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills
+ Previous experience in Business Management, Program Management and/or COO functions within Capital Markets
+ Experience using business knowledge and critical thinking skills to deliver upstream and downstream business objectives.
+ Ability to develop operational reporting and performing data analysis.
+ Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
+ Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.
+ Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to senior level management.
+ A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, finance, or related field
Job Expectations:
+ Up to 10% travel.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
