Pay Rate: $18 or higher

CTR Group is seeking experienced Electronic Assembly Technicians in the Chesapeake, VA area for a long-term government project!

Recently separated or retired military encouraged to apply!

JOB DUTIES:

• Perform assembly, test, repair and/or upgrade of product line.

• Ability to read and comprehend assembly drawings, procedures, and BOMs.

• Understand, reference and comply with IPC-610 & J-Standard-00.

• Perform set-up, assembly, inspection, and rework of PCBs (including hand-soldering of small pitch components).

• Operate a pick-and-place machine for PCB assembly.

• Perform inspection of small pitch components using microscope visual inspection equipment.

• Perform continuity checks and rework as needed.

• Be familiar with assembly and measuring tools, able to perform simple shop math.
