About the Job
Sev1Tech is seeking an accomplished and strategic Electronics Systems Maintenance Technician to join our leadership team.
Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Provides field support services related to troubleshooting and repair of systems, performs software updates, and mentors soldiers in the execution of maintenance.
- Facilitates higher level repair of equipment.
- Ensures support equipment is regularly calibrated and maintained.
- Troubleshoots and repairs systems, performs software updates.
- Install, modify, wire, fabricate and maintain systems.
- Distinguish between hardware and software problems in multi-vendor systems.
- Must have a US Secret level security clearance
- AA/AS from an accredited college, or Two-year technical school (One year of experience for one year of post-secondary education. One academic year at a technical school or in an accredited engineering degree program for one year of experience.)
Six years total experience with the testing of electronic equipment. (Substitutions: Four years experience in the testing and trouble shooting of electronic subsystem installations in military systems.)
