Electronics TS Technicians (2) - Entegee

Job Summary

Troubleshoot and repair electronic circuit boards, support production and engineering teams, and assist in the development and testing of electronic and electro-mechanical systems.

Job Requirements

• 2-year degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Technology with 1+ years of practical electrical technician work experience, OR
• 2-year degree with 4+ years of practical electrical technician work experience, OR
• Non-degree with 7+ years minimum practical electrical technician work experience
• Proficiency in the use of digital test meters, oscilloscopes, RF instrumentation, analog/digital test equipment, and cable construction
• Experience in troubleshooting electronics and electro-mechanical systems down to the component level
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proficiency in soldering techniques involving through-hole and fine-pitch SMT components
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong writing skills for generating test box wiring and construction diagrams, compiling lab notes, and manuals

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and document electronic circuit boards used in production
• Modify electronic and electro-mechanical systems as needed
• Test developmental and production-related products
• Build customized test and interface units and devices
• Assist in the design, development, and testing of electrical and electromechanical assemblies
• Identify, define, and solve electrical and operational problems
• Develop and update test stations for production support
• Draw or modify diagrams and assist in writing product or design specifications

Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
