ELEMENTARY EDUCATION TEACHER - Spherion

Our client, a reputable charter school in Pensacola, FL, is seeking a dedicated and qualified Elementary School Teacher to join their team. This position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a nurturing and engaging educational environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet state standards and cater to the diverse needs of children

- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages participation and engagement

- Assess and monitor child's progress, providing regular feedback to children and parents

- Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and administrators to enhance the educational experience

- Maintain accurate records of child's academic performance and attendance

- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices

- Uphold school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Bachelors

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education

- State teaching certification required

- Proven experience in elementary education is preferred

- Strong classroom management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Fluent in Spanish is a preferred skill
