Core Accountabilities: We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Elementary School Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about various subjects and will be able to assist in engaging students through interactive and thought-provoking lessons.
Key Outputs/Results:
- Assist the teacher in delivering high-quality instruction using a variety of teaching methods, such as lectures, discussions, projects, and multimedia presentations.
- Assist the teacher in assessing student learning through formative and summative assessments.
- Assist the teacher in establishing and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, or related field.
- Previous teaching assistant experience preferred.
