Job: Speech Language Pathologist - Elementary Age
Contract Length: 36 weeks
Compensation: Up to $67/hr based on experience

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm specializing in Healthcare and Educational Services, is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist. We are partnering with a reputable Educational Services client in the Tumwater, Washington area.

Job Description:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' academic and social success
• Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathology license
• ASHA certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
