Clerical Work, No Phone Queue Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, 1 hour lunch Onsite Position

Duties:

Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Eligibility. Technical understanding of systems. Issues tend to be routine in nature. Good knowledge and understanding of Eligibility and business/operating processes and procedures. Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision. Role is onsite performing clerical work. Opening inbound mail, scanning documents, faxing information when needed.
