EM Physician - Envision Physician Services - EM/HM

Envision Physician Services is recruiting a board-certified Family Practice or Emergency Medicine Physician to join their Ingalls Family Urgent Care Centers in Calumet City, IL. Nocturnist preferred. If IM trained, must have prior urgent care or EM experience. J-1 Visas accepted.

Note: Physicians are cross credentialed at three locations in Calumet City, Tinley Park and Flossmoor, as part of the healthcare system

Position Profile:

• Annual volumes range from 5,000 - 30,000 depending upon location
• 18 ED beds Calumet City, 10 ED beds Flossmoor, 8 ED beds Tinley Park
• Scribes, Techs, Nurses and Advanced Practice Provider coverage
• Lab and Radiology on-site (CT, Ultrasound, X-ray, MRI)
• EPIC EMR
