KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Hands-on experience developing and implementing marketing automation platforms and demand generation initiatives.
Expertise in marketing analytics with experience assessing campaign performance, conversions, and ROI.
Experience with multi-channel marketing performance tracking and attribution modeling, including experience with tag management and/or tracking pixels.
Create graphics, videos, GIFS, and other elements used in landing pages, email and web. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premier Pro is a plus.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines and objectives.
Self-motivated, creative, dependable, organized, high degree of initiative, excellent communication skills, team-player, goal-oriented.
Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business related or technical field such as Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or any other related field.
4+ years of managing relevant outbound marketing programs.
4+ years of utilizing email marketing and automation platforms, such as Hubspot, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Marketa, Constant Contact, or ActiveCampaign.
4+ years of experience in a marketing role, email focus a plus.
Proven planning and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Strong interest in marketing and web technology to support marketing automation; experience in marketing and IT a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Experience with any marketing automation platform (Eloqua, Marketa, HubSpot, ACS).
Strong understanding of marketing processes including campaign execution, Q+A testing, and conversion measurement.
Personal drive/initiative, positive attitude, energetic and collaborative.
Mastery of Microsoft Excel.
Strong familiarity with SQL.
Experience with Microsoft BI and/or Tableau preferred.
Basic understanding of HTML.
