+ Department: Star Plus Occupational Health
+ Schedule: PRN Rotating: Monday-Friday 7a-midnight. Will help with coverage for 6:30a-3:30p shift or 3:30p-midnight shift.
+ Hospital: Ascension Medical Group, Clinic
+ Location: Kokomo, IN
EMT experience preferred but not required. Will be working in a medical trailer on-site at the StarPlus construction site. Will be helping with work comp injury and pre-employment physicals and drug screens.

Responsibilities
+ Arrives to the scene of an emergency, determines the situation, and develops a plan of action.
+ Uses appropriate medical equipment and comprehends the severity of the injury.
+ Monitors patient condition and performs data collection. Communicates findings and patient condition to primary Registered Nurse (RN).
+ Assists with the mobilization, ambulation and transport of patients.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Required Credential(s):
One or more of the following:
+ Certified Emergency Medical Tech specializing in Basic obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
+ Certified Paramedic obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
+ High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
