A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Emergency Room, Registered Nurse (RN) in Mount Clemens, MI. The ER – RN would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

ER Registered Nurse Compensation

· The pay for this position is $50-$54/hr based on experience

· Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

· A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

ER Registered Nurse Highlights

· Shift Type: Nights

· Hours/day: 12

· Shift Time: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

· Shift Notes: Can have 4/12's with OT after 48 or 3/12's with OT after 40

· Weekend Requirements: Every Other

· On Call Requirements: None

ER Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.

• Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.

• Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.

• Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.

• Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment and professional development.

ER Registered Nurse Requirements

· High School Diploma or GED

· Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

· 1 Year of ER - Required

· TNCC or ENPC – Required

· Certification Requirements: ACLS (AHA); BLS (AHA)

· State License Requirements: Michigan
