Emergency Room Physician Assistant - Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist

Seeking experienced Physician Assistants to work at Atrium Lincoln. Work as part of an Emergency Medicine team to improve outcomes for patients in a dynamic Emergency Department in Charlotte, NC.  In this role as an Emergency Medicine APP, you will work alongside EM Physicians, other EM APPs, and EM nurses and staff to take care of patients and save lives. Though APPs in this role will collaborate with and share all patients with physicians, autonomy is both encouraged and fostered. Our EM APPs will learn to manage acute and chronic conditions with increasing independent expertise and are encouraged to practice at the top of their license. Although the focus of this role is primarily clinical, there will be Career Development opportunities with access to get involved in Education, Administration and Leadership.

APP post-graduate experience is strongly preferred.

Requirements:

1. Graduation from an accredited PA Program
2. Licensed, or eligible, for North Carolina as a PA
   
3. Current BLS and ACLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross required. ATLS is required within a reasonable timeframe after starting employment.
