About the Job
Summary
Develops, maintains, and services contracts with businesses and schools for Employee/Student Assistance Services. Provides assessment, referral and brief counseling services for EAP/SAP clients. Develops and maintains rapport withLeadersin client companies. Presents workshops, seminars, and informational presentations as requested.
Education
Must have a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or related field. Substance abuse treatment traininghighlypreferred.
Experience
Experience in the field of substance abuse treatmenthelpful.Must have a minimum of 1yearsexperience in the mental health or EAP field. Must have experience interfacing with business, third partypayorsand thegeneral public. Must have experience working with children, adolescents and adults.
Licensure/Certification
Must hold or must be working toward obtainingEAPcertificate, or LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or APRN, within the standardtimeframespecified by the State of Indiana.
Other Qualifications
Must have good listening, verbal, writtenandpresentation skills
