We're hiring an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our Lansdale, PA Team. This position will transition to a hybrid model after the initial training period.

Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Lead
- Ability to consult with the client at a high level with strategic and innovative industry ideas
- Manage Renewal process (including marketing/vendor evaluation, consultation with client and implementation)
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills for client day to day servicing
- Cross Sell of additional Benefit lines and Univest products and services (including banking, investment, and insurance products)
- Accountable for client retention
- Team Lead of the service team assigned to each client-manage, delegate, and provide support
- Maintain/build client relationships/entertain clients
- Manage/consult on compliance for clients
- Attend Univest client events
- Lead client related meetings
- Manage/Lead open enrollment process/meetings
- Perform additional duties as needed
- 5+ years of Employee Benefits industry experience
- Current Life, Accident, Health license
- Advanced knowledge of all benefit lines of insurance coverage, products, and services (by carrier)
- Leadership skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task and make informed decisions
- High level of customer service and interpersonal skills, along with professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Ability to delegate and manage
- Ability to facilitate/run client meetings
- Ability to manage the renewal process
- Proficiency in Word, Excel & Power Point
