Position Overview We are seeking an organized team player for our Employee Benefits Helpline, from mid-October through the end of November with some flexibility. This individual will engage with customers via phone and email, listen carefully, and provide information, resources, and follow-up regarding eligibility, enrollment, and claims. We need someone who is reliable, positive, well-organized, and can work well both independently and with our supportive and interactive team. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, detail-oriented, and tech savvy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Answer calls on our Benefits Helpline, identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions + Follow up on questions via phone and email + Document all communications + Run reports to determine benefits eligibility, and use resources to research discrepancies + Use MS Excel to track, update, and reconcile information + Fluency in written and spoken English is required Qualifications + One year or more call center experience managing inbound calls strongly preferred + Experience with online enrollment, SAP, or HRIS + Highly self-motivated with a great deal of personal initiative and drive + Proven time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple interruptions + Very organized and detail-oriented + Ability to speak directly to clients in a manner that inspires confidence + Experience collaborating within a team + Exercise confidentiality and discretion; high level of integrity + Service oriented, very interactive Equal Employment Opportunity At World Insurance Associates (WIA), we celebrate and support our differences.
