RESPONSIBILITIES
This consultant role will act as a team lead, where you'll oversee the client service model with the support of an Account Manager and Analyst.

Salary range is $180,000 to $200,000 per year, based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This consultant role will act as a team lead, where you'll oversee the client service model with the support of an Account Manager and Analyst.
- Provide expert consultative advice and strategic planning for clients, analyzing coverage plans and recommending enhancements.
- Ensure timely execution of all client deliverables while proactively managing the client lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager and Analyst to create compelling client presentations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for escalated inquiries from C-suite executives.
- Ensure clients meet compliance requirements and deadlines.
- Negotiate renewal and marketing results with carriers.
- Develop financial models and recommendations tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with team members to introduce strategic offerings (e.g., Wellness, Pharmacy Solutions).
- Support the development of Analysts and Account Managers through mentoring and quality reviews.
- Stay informed on industry trends, new products, legislation, and competitive landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in business or relevant work experience
- 3 or more years of professional experience in the following areas:
- Strong technical knowledge of employee benefits and policies, and the ability to understand the needs and requirements of the clients, from a strategic and tactical view
- Working autonomously, leading a book of business with accounts >100 lives, and applying judgement to situations
- Design/management of health and welfare plans gained in a consulting or brokerage environment
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days
