Job Title: Client Account Manager

General Description: Manage large and complex clients as the day-to-day contact. Activities include new and renewal marketing, fielding questions and requests, strategic planning, and coverage review. Responsible for providing excellent customer service and leadership to accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct new and renewal marketing activities.
• Field client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Develop strategic plans to meet client needs.
• Review and assess coverage options.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in CRM software.
