Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare onboarding & management
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with RNs, LPNs, and other medical staff
- Experience in conducting in-person candidate interviews and resolving candidate inquiries
- Track record of successfully managing employee referral programs and policies
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with client managers to address recruitment challenges
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new hires, manage employee relations (Healthcare Professionals)
- Maintain company policies, and improve workplace environment
- Boost employee morale, satisfaction, and retention
- Manage referral programs, analyze employee data
- Stay updated on industry trends, support employee growth
