Job Overview
The Employee Relations & Administrative Officer participates in the lifecycle of our team members, organizational compliance, and office administrative tasks. This Officer ensures our talent efforts align with K.C. & Mason Hospitality, Inc.'s vision, culture, and Employee Value Proposition while maintaining effective talent compliance training, budget management, and career development systems.
This position partners with the Director of Talent & Culture to ensure that our vision and core values are the foundation of our organizational decisions and strategies, now and in the future. Together, they serve as the people's champions, ensuring our team is heard, acknowledged, and equipped with the tools they need to be successful in their careers.
The Employee Relations & Administrative Officer owns and/or contributes to candidate/employee lifecycle, H.R. and employment compliance, department budgets, file management, career growth tracks, final/stay interviews, order management, and company-wide communications.
The Employee Relations & Administrative Officer owns their development and areas of influence and proactively seeks continued personal and professional growth.
