About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to the corporation's ethical standards and thoroughly investigate any non-compliance issues. Utilize cutting-edge principles and concepts to address complex problems with innovative solutions.
- Supervise and mentor a team of investigators and junior staff, including overseeing their performance and professional development. Provide guidance and support to ensure effective resolution of investigations and adherence to best practices.
- Offer expert advice and interpretation of policies related to disciplinary actions, performance management, and compliance. Assist in the development and refinement of policies and practices to address emerging needs and trends.
- Design and prioritize investigative initiatives. Leverage data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement, and develop actionable strategies to address these findings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Collaborate with business partners and internal teams to resolve escalated concerns and ensure compliance across various segments and business locations.
- Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts to enhance compliance and investigative processes. Operate with significant autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing investigation teams and mentoring junior staff, including performance management responsibilities.
- Proven experience leading comprehensive investigations into internal policies and Code of Conduct, from initiation through resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute priorities, analyze data to identify trends, and develop strategies to address gaps.
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in Employee Relations and Compliance, or 12+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
